Preparing Your Donation

Proper preparation ensures your items have the best chance of being reused and helps our team collect efficiently. Following these simple guidelines makes a real difference.

Clean & Dry

All clothing, shoes, and bags should be freshly laundered or wiped down, and fully dry before packing.

Good Condition

Items should be reasonably wearable or usable. Heavily torn, mouldy, or soiled items are not suitable for reuse collection.

Paired Footwear

Shoes must be submitted as matching pairs. Odd singles cannot be accepted as part of this service.

Sorted & Packed

Place items in bags or boxes, clearly separated by category where possible, to speed up the collection process.
